Registered Nurse; RN; Circulating

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join a dedicated healthcare team.

• Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Providing patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and cultural diversity.
• Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Ensuring safe, high-quality care via interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Participating in performance improvement activities, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Mentoring and serving as a preceptor for staff and students to foster professional growth.
• Supporting resource management and protocol development for optimal patient outcomes.

• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices.
