Responsibilities include:

• Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
• Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs.
• Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education, focusing on patient goals.
• Coordinating safe care delivery, promoting teamwork, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Engaging in professional development, mentorship, and maintaining clinical competencies.
• Participating in research, evidence-based practice, and adhering to organizational policies and safety standards.
• Supporting resource management and contributing to protocol development for optimal patient outcomes.

• Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation preferred.
