Registered Nurse; RN MedSurg​/Acute Care​/Post Surgical​/Burn​/Bariatric Unit

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They practice within a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, organizational models, and professional ethics, ensuring individualized care for diverse patient populations.

• Perform comprehensive nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients and families, utilizing effective communication methods to promote understanding and care goals.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient needs.
• Coordinate and document safe, high-quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration and respectful communication.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance care quality.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to promote a competent, professional nursing workforce.
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and professional ethics, ensuring compliance and safety.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use technology effectively, with excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to function confidently in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies.
