* ** Up to $17.50/hour starting + a $2 shift differential*** **$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
** just for joining the team!  + Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

**** Key Responsibilities
** As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:
* ** Product Handling:
** Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
* ** Inbound Processing:
** Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
* ** Loading & Unloading:
** Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
* ** Equipment Operation:
** Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
* ** Inventory Accuracy:
** Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
* ** Team

Collaboration:

** Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
* ** Clean & Safe Workplace:
** Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
* ** Flexibility**:
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
