Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus $2 shift differential

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 4 p.m. until done

As a Warehouse Associate at KAO, you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. • Up to $18.00 per hour + a $2 shift differential
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus
• Paid $500 after 6 months and another $500 after 12 months of continuous full‑time employment

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Ensure correct parts and quantities at every step (inventory accuracy)
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift products up to 75 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working on feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
• Can work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
• Willing to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperature varies by season)
• Forklift or other warehouse equipment experience is preferred but not required
