** Hourly Pay:** $18.00/hour  
** Shift Differential:
** Additional $2.00/hour  
** Retention Bonus:** $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

** Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. until shipping operations are complete

* Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for shipment
* Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
* Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
* Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
* Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy
* Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently
* Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs  ## What We’re Looking For
* At least 18 years of age
* Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
* Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
* Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
* Availability to work until shipping operations are complete each night
* Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required  ## Work Environment
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and ladder use throughout the shift
* Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
* Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
* Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season  ## Benefits and Perks
