Direct Support Program Supervisor at Sevita

Pay: $23.60 per hour; full‑time PS position available.
Hours:
approximately 38 hours per week on average – Mon 7 am‑2 pm, Tues 7 am‑3 pm, Wed 7 am‑3 pm, Fri 7 am‑2 pm, and every other Sat & Sun 7 am‑3 pm.
- Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
- Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
- Provide direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
- Balance duties between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervisory tasks.
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Current driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those served.
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
