Direct Support Professional role at Sevita, part of REM Community Services, providing community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Full‑time position with day shifts.

• Pay starts at $16.00/hour with Pay on Demand, full benefits package, 401(k) with 3% company match.

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral and complex needs.
• Build meaningful relationships, helping participants grow, learn, and live well.
• Take initiative to involve participants in community activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and uphold trust from leaders to do what’s right for participants.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (education).
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
