Computer Support Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a dedicate Computer Support Technician to join their team. As a Computer Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Services department supporting the Corporate Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Monday - Friday, 40 hours (standard work week - 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform support and maintenance functions to ensure B2B applications support business requirements for both legacy and Oracle Cloud environments.

+ Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

+ Develop proficiency in AS400 navigation, mainframe navigation, Oracle Cloud, EDI Standards, and Trading Partner setup with training.

+ Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all components related to Trading Partner relationships.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional support and service.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school education or equivalent.

+ Two years of post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with excellent organizational skills.
