Position Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Austin, MN 55912
Duration: 4-week contract with possible extension
Schedule: Must be flexible to work one of the two schedules listed:
Option 1: 40 hours/week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 06:15 am – 03:15 pm
Option 2: 40 hours/week
Wednesday: 10 am – 7 pm
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist providers in a well-established Primary Care health center with daily clinical operations
Obtain and document patient histories accurately
Administer immunizations per clinical protocols
Assist with minor in-office procedures
Complete general Primary Care clinical and administrative tasks
Perform phlebotomy as required
QualificationsActive LPN license
Strong Phlebotomy experience required
Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency room, occupational health, or a similar setting preferred
