We’re looking for a Guest Experience Champion who is friendly, able to make recommendations, anticipate needs, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As an Applebee’s Server, you will be the first and last impression of our guests. You will work hard but have a great time doing it. You must be at least 18 years old, be able to communicate effectively, and be committed to making an impact.

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide excellent service throughout the dining experience.
• Make menu recommendations and up‑sell based on guest preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service bar.
• Transfer plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen as needed.
• Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and adhere to food‑service safety protocols.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Commitment to excellence and teamwork.
• Ability to work physically for long periods (up to 4 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift and wash hands with sanitizing soap regularly.
