Our client, a well-established global organization in the healthcare and medical products space, is seeking a Staff / Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team. This role will support core accounting functions, month‑end close, and financial reporting while partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. This is a strong opportunity for an accountant looking to grow within a stable, fast‑paced organization.

• Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts; investigate and resolve variances in a timely manner.
• Support preparation of internal financial reports and schedules used for management review.
• Assist with revenue, inventory, fixed assets, or expense accounting, depending on experience level.
• Support annual financial audits and respond to audit requests by providing accurate documentation.
• Partner with AP, AR, FP&A, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial data and proper expense coding.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support automation initiatives.
• For Senior‑level candidates: provide guidance to junior staff, review work, and assist with more complex accounting issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Staff Accountant: 1–3 years of general accounting experience.
• Senior Accountant: 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month‑end close and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
