Our client, a fast-growing organization with a dynamic accounting team, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end invoicing and vendor payments. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate vendor records, processing payments timely, and supporting financial reporting and audit preparation. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building cross-team relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and aims to contribute to process improvements.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounts payable or general accounting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in finance or accounting preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with Net Suite ERP and Concur expense management systems
• Prior involvement in audit preparation or compliance reporting processes
