Base pay range$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Responsibilities- Lead monthly close, consolidations, reconciliations, and valuation processes.
- Monitor investment activity, including capital calls, distributions, and derivative trades.
- Prepare investment performance reports, benchmark analyses, and attribution reports.
- Maintain endowment subledger accounting, process contributions/distributions, and deliver donor reports.
- Prepare charitable trust tax returns and related compliance reports.
- Collaborate across teams, work independently on complex tasks, and mentor junior staff.
- Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3+ years in public accounting or financial services.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Power BI.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
