We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role in the prosthetics startup, ensuring accurate and regulated daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments for financial data accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer billing and account inquiries.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Process customer transactions, including invoices, payments, and refunds, in SAP B1.
• Prepare AR performance reports, custom dashboards, and financial analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in an accounting role
• Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
• Experience working with SAP
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
