Recruiter – Finance & Accounting (Addison Group)
Review and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
Prepare and execute weekly payment runs.
Support month‑end close activities related to A/P.
Assist external auditors by providing documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
Manage annual 1099 processing and vendor tax documentation.
Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties as needed.
Take on additional tasks to support department objectives and broader company initiatives.
Compensation: $60,000 per year.
