Tarvos Talent is an Accounts Receivable Clerks for a short-term invoicing project in South Austin. This onsite contract opportunity was created to support a recent ERP system upgrade and offers the chance to make an immediate impact by streamlining billing operations within a growing organization.
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll help drive clean, timely invoicing and accurate cash application. You’ll generate and send invoices, post payments, research and resolve discrepancies, and assist with backlog clean‑up tied to the ERP transition. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information, reconcile customer accounts, and support month‑end activities while keeping documentation organized and audit‑ready.
The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of AR experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and working knowledge of Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas). Success in this role looks like a detail‑oriented, organized approach, strong follow‑through, and the ability to thrive in an onsite, team‑focused environment.
