This role will sit onsite five days per week and record to the Controller of this privately owned company in commercial enterprise for over three many years.

• Put together and analyze monetary statements, general ledger accounts, and magazine entries
• Ensure accurate and well timed recording of all monetary transactions
• Hold constant asset records, calculate depreciation, and carry out normal audits of constant assets
• Ensure compliance with rent accounting requirements (ASC 842) and hold lease schedules
• Manipulate accounts receivable and bills payable, along with billing, collections, and dealer payments
