Infinitek is supporting a $15B data center campus in Austin, Texas, and we're looking for an Accounting Analyst to join its growing finance team.
Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Accounting, you'll gain valuable exposure to senior leadership, hands-on experience across AP/AR and the opportunity to develop your accounting career within a rapidly expanding organisation.
This role would be particularly well suited to a recent Accounting or Finance graduate looking to gain practical experience, learn from an established finance leader and grow alongside a high-growth business.
Responsibilities of Accounting Analyst
- Manage day-to‑day Accounts Payable and Receivable activities.
- Process, code and reconcile invoices.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Support payment processing, collections and month‑end close.
- Investigate and resolve invoice and account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Work closely with vendors, contractors and internal teams.
- Assist with financial reporting and ongoing process improvements.
About You
- Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or 1–2 years' experience in AP, AR or general accounting.
- Strong Excel skills and an understanding of reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Eager to learn, develop and take on additional responsibility.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
- Net Suite experience is desirable but not essential.
