- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities with a strong attention to detail
- Reconcile accounts, including transactions across different countries
- Work closely with the CPA to support month-end and reporting activities
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with data extraction
- Ensure transactions are properly classified and documented
- Support onsite and remote finance operations as required
- Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, formulas)
- Experience with account reconciliations, including international transactions
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
