The Data & Engagement Support Specialist supports the Corporate & Volunteer Engagement Team by ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and strategic use of key data and systems. This role supports data accuracy and alignment between the volunteer management system (Better Impact) and the donor CRM (Raiser’s Edge), contributes to reporting and administrative needs across volunteer engagement programs and campaigns, and assists in developing solutions that streamline information and workflow processes across the team.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills; enjoys solving data/process problems; and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting seasonal priorities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Data & Systems Administration- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across the volunteer management database (Better Impact) and donor CRM (Raiser’s Edge), including demographic information collection for all volunteers.
- Perform regular data entry, data cleanup, deduplication, and record management across the department.
- Collaborate with data management team across departments to ensure consistency in data collection and maintenance across platforms.
- Support system integrations and data workflows between platforms, including data verification for the volunteer and donor database API.
- Build and update recurring reports for team leadership.
- Draft and maintain internal documentation on workflows, best practices, and system use.
- Manage team SharePoint by organizing files, updating shared resources, and supporting effective collaboration across roles.
- Provide administrative support across volunteer engagement, fundraising, and corporate engagement efforts through a variety of functions.
- Assist with campaigns, drives, and volunteer recruitment by providing data pulls, contact lists, communication support, and reporting on progress.
- Maintain shared engagement calendar reflecting major campaigns, events, and volunteer seasons.
- Maintain and distribute shared dashboard for goals and team-reported outcomes across external engagement functions.
- Centralize documentation, metrics, and shared resources for improved visibility and transparency across roles/teams.
- Abilitytocoordinatemultipleprojectsandtaskswithcompetingdeadlineswithoutsacrificing quality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to improve workflows.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and working with a variety of databases.
- Experience using automation or workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate) and familiarity with system integrations like APIs.
- Experience with data management in CRM or similar databases, including maintaining data quality and supporting reporting needs; experience with Raiser’s Edge is a plus.

Pay Rate is 23.00
