Escrow Services Representative; Independence Title - Main Office

Overview

Independence Title in Austin, Texas (Shepherd Mountain Cove Office – Main Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Services Representative to join our team in-office at our main location. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

• Daily backup coverage and occasional vacation coverage for receptionist responsibilities: answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, processing deliveries and mail
• Ram Quest support - escrow support via Ram Quest processes, including receiving and processing all Agent Vendor requests
• Receiving and processing ZOCCAM and Bank Shot orders for the company
• Handling ICL/CPL user account set-up and handle log-in issues for all users
• Assisting with centralized recording desk
• Assisting with file storage

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Direct experience in Escrow preferred (minimum of 2 years).
• Experience in Ram Quest preferred
• Experience in banking/financial industry helpful.
• Great attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Microsoft Suite proficient.
• Must be available to work in person, 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday at our main office; this is not a remote position.
