We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and CFO of a large, global technology organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
North Austin TX (Onsite) | $115-130k | Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics for the CEO and CFO.
- Serve as a communication liaison for executive leadership, ensuring seamless information flow across teams.
- Maintain and manage the annual executive calendar.
- Plan and coordinate major offsite meetings, company events, and executive travel—domestic and international.
- Prepare and submit expense reports promptly.
- Monitor inboxes, respond to inquiries, and determine when executive action is needed.
- Lead staff meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
- Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with global executive support teams, share best practices, and contribute to process improvements.
- Uphold governance standards and support consistent information-sharing across the executive support organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years supporting executives or senior leadership teams.
- Must have at least 5 years supporting C‑suite leaders
- Experience working across time zones in a global, matrixed organization.
- Advanced proficiency with O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, One Note, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with travel and expense systems (e.g., Concur).
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn strategy into actionable steps.
- Comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships across global stakeholders.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions‑oriented.
