Summary
Eagle Eye Networks is growing and seeking an Assembly Technician. This entry-level role offers a salary range of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. The Assembly Technician will work with the Supply Chain Manager and manufacturing team to ensure all computer equipment meets standards and is ready for customers. As the company grows, this role is expected to expand in scope and contribution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble materials, switches, bridges, CMVRs
- Build product sub-assemblies or final assemblies
- Efficiently assemble and disassemble computers
- Have a strong knowledge of all computer hardware components including chipsets, RAM, and CPUs
- Load software and test equipment after assembly
- Navigate and operate BIOS during software download
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain attention to detail to minimize defects
- Troubleshoot hardware issues with equipment and devices
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly to ensure manufacturing accuracy
- Clean production equipment and work areas following procedures and regulations
Experience
- Work 8-hour shifts starting at 7 am or 8 am
- Ability to stand, bend, move inventory, and assemble for 8 hours/day
- Lift 20-50 pounds as needed
- Basic electrical tools skills are a plus
- Experience with computer or server assembly is a plus
