Stores are open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience (brake repairs, fluid flushes, preventative maintenance)
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

• Demonstrated commitment to learning new automotive technologies
• Problem‑solving skills: review, analyze, interpret information, identify problems, make decisions
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures

• High School Diploma or GED
• ASE Certification
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
• Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition systems

• Perform line technician services: routine inspections, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, tire installation
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Mentor junior automotive technicians
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues immediately to management
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Apply company policies on vehicle care and operation
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting
