Stores are open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.
What We Consider- Minimum 1 year of automotive experience (brake repairs, fluid flushes, preventative maintenance)
- Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Demonstrated commitment to learning new automotive technologies
- Problem‑solving skills: review, analyze, interpret information, identify problems, make decisions
- Commitment to safety policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- ASE Certification
- Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
- Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition systems
- Perform line technician services: routine inspections, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, tire installation
- Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
- Mentor junior automotive technicians
- Document all work performed on the repair order
- Report safety issues immediately to management
- Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours
- Apply company policies on vehicle care and operation
- Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting
- Within 5 minutes of applying, receive an email/text with a link to complete a pre‑screen questionnaire
- If successful, receive an invitation for a phone or in‑person interview
