The company also manufactures flash memories, graphics processors, motherboard chipsets, and various components for consumer electronics.
Job Description:
THE ROLE:
- The Global OEM Marketing team defines strategy, priorities, and marketing programs supporting co-marketing efforts with OEM partners.
- The team collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with business priorities, building co-marketing strategies, and increasing awareness, consideration, and demand for Consumer PCs powered by the client.
- This role supports Dell-led marketing plans, sales enablement, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities, as well as key partner marketing deliverables with Dell.
THE PERSON:
- The candidate should be proactive, quick to learn, and capable of building relationships with Dell teams and internal stakeholders while understanding the client’s business, technology, and processes.
- You should ask questions, pay attention to details, communicate clearly, and build trust with Dell and internal teams.
- You must deliver on commitments, manage multiple projects, problem-solve, be accountable, and aim for continuous improvement.
- Highly organized, responsible, self-motivated, and able to meet challenging deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily engagement with Dell teams on marketing plans, operations, and activations.
- Develop and maintain processes for reviewing marketing plans, tracking them in line with segment priorities, funding, and compliance.
- Negotiate and implement program operations in accordance with Dell’s processes.
- Manage OEM budgets, ensuring funding guidelines are followed, and track funding using OEM trackers.
- Prepare Dell-led sales enablement and marketing assets for internal use and amplification.
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Self-motivated and proactive leadership skills.
- Polished communication skills for all organizational levels.
- Track record of keeping projects on schedule.
- Background in business planning, project management, and marketing fundamentals, including budget and contract management.
- In-depth understanding of OEM marketing and sales structures.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, problem-solve, and take responsibility.
- Attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
