We are seeking a confident, competent, and gritty Lead Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Lead PM at Function, you’ll lead a team that’s dedicated to using technology to improve healthcare. You’ll work on a cutting‑edge platform that enables our members to access their health data in real‑time, and you’ll be challenged to make a difference in people’s lives.

• Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web‑based products and platforms.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and add‑ons.
• Drive product development with teams of world‑class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.

Your role will not just be about managing tasks but about inspiring change, fostering innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. We're looking for someone who’s not only skilled in the technical realm but also possesses the foresight and creativity to redefine the future of our platform.

• 10+ years of product management, with a proven track record of developing and executing innovative strategies from inception to scale— including the successful introduction and management of various business models, subscriptions, and feature rollouts across different products.
• Demonstrated success in a metrics‑driven environment focused on product performance metrics. Emphasis on a deep involvement in designing and leading robust experimentation and A/B testing processes aimed at optimizing user engagement, feature adoption, and overall product outcomes.
• Engage directly with engineering leadership and fellow engineers to spearhead high‑impact projects. Your involvement will be critical, ensuring that every initiative you touch not only progresses smoothly but also significantly advances our objectives.
• Demonstrable ownership of key product domains with quantifiable results in driving success metrics, such as improved user engagement, feature adoption rates, and overall product impact.
• Possess the ability to communicate clearly and directly, eliminating any ambiguity about goals and expectations. Your commitment to clarity will facilitate efficient collaboration and alignment across teams.
