** We’re looking for a performance marketing leader to build and scale the paid acquisition engine across Lower and Movoto.
This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data—owning the programs that drive qualified leads and power business growth.
You’ll oversee a multi-channel mix that includes Paid Search, Lead Buying (digital + live transfers), and Affiliate Marketing, while testing and launching new channels over time. You’ll manage a small but ambitious team and establish the systems, measurement frameworks, and vendor partnerships needed to scale efficiently.
This is a builder role. You’ll roll up your sleeves, establish structure where it doesn’t exist, and help define what best-in-class acquisition looks like at a high-growth fintech.

** What You’ll Do
*** Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Lower and Movoto, driving high-quality lead generation through established and new paid channels.
* Oversee day-to-day channel management: spend pacing, KPI tracking, vendor performance, creative testing, and optimization.
* Budget allocation: make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and pipeline impact, balancing efficiency with growth.
* Lead and grow the team: manage channel leads, hire and develop talent as we scale.
* Project prioritization: help the team identify the highest-leverage opportunities and focus on the work that will drive the greatest business impact—balancing short-term results with long-term capability building.
* Reporting and analytics: define and track key performance metrics; deliver actionable insights to senior leadership through weekly, and monthly reporting cadences.
* Affiliate program growth: expand our footprint with aggregators and direct partnerships, improving lead quality and cost structure.
* Channel expansion: build a roadmap for testing new channels (social, direct mail, display, partnerships), prioritizing based on scale potential and unit economics.
* Cross-functional collaboration:
work closely with Sales, Product, and Data to align marketing capacity with sales capacity and close the feedback loop on lead quality.
* Vendor management: own relationships with lead providers and marketing technology vendors; evaluate new technologies to improve performance, automation, and insights.
** Who You Are
*** 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition, ideally within mortgage, fintech, proptech, or other high-intent lead-gen industries.
* Strong expertise in Paid Search (Google, Microsoft Ads) and lead buying ecosystems (aggregators, live transfers, affiliate networks).
* Proven track record of driving measurable growth and improving unit economics through disciplined experimentation and optimization.
* Analytical and data-driven: fluent in performance metrics, attribution, and funnel optimization.
* Hands-on operator with the strategic acumen to scale a team and systems as the business grows.
* Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments—comfortable working with Sales, Data, and Product to align on shared KPIs.
* Strong communicator who can distill complex performance narratives into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
* Experience managing agencies, internal teams, and vendors.
* High integrity and ownership mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
