We are seeing remarkable growth in the past few years and we are now looking to hire a full time Program Manager of Delivery who can complement the existing team and be a part of the future growth h a team of over 500 professionals spread across the US, India, UK, Colombia, and Brazil, and headquartered in the Bay Area, Forsys epitomizes innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the strategy and success of multiple connected projects and potentially large accounts.

Manage program plan, schedule and budget.

Strategic alignment of client needs with program goals.

Manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.

Ensure the quality and functionality of the applications meet the defined standards.

Specifications:

At least 15 years of experience in Program management with experience in solutioning, scrum and agile methodologies

Domain experience in Hitech or Manufacturing.

Minimum of 8+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM experience, preferably with solution architecture background.

Create/execute a tactical plan in support of closing new business, delivering projects successfully, building strong customer relationships and satisfaction.

Drive Forsys’s philosophy and support a consultative partnership and stewardship.

Establish metrics to measure client satisfaction and the impact of client experience improvement initiatives.

Experience in managing conversations with business leaders/C-suite and navigating complex organizational and business dynamics, including the ability to influence and partner with senior level executives.

Exposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies along with understanding of data and information flows preferred

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to setup and interpret logic, data, and rule relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally, including in high-pressure situations

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies as well as product management framework
