Land Contract Specialist – Ørsted

Join Ørsted as a Land Contract Specialist to support the Land Contract Analyst with the administration, organization, and retention of land agreements while gaining hands‑on exposure to the renewable energy industry through cross‑functional collaboration.

• Review and maintain land contract documentation.
• Conduct quality control of the document management system.
• Ensure accurate electronic and on‑site record retention.
• Support the accuracy of landowner data.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with landowner relations (preferred).
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Salary is $73,000–$82,000 per year. This is a nonexempt, hourly role eligible for pay for all hours worked during a work week. Discretionary bonus: 7.5 target of base compensation.
