Land Contract Specialist – Ørsted
Join Ørsted as a Land Contract Specialist to support the Land Contract Analyst with the administration, organization, and retention of land agreements while gaining hands‑on exposure to the renewable energy industry through cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Review and maintain land contract documentation.
- Conduct quality control of the document management system.
- Ensure accurate electronic and on‑site record retention.
- Support the accuracy of landowner data.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with landowner relations (preferred).
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Salary is $73,000–$82,000 per year. This is a nonexempt, hourly role eligible for pay for all hours worked during a work week. Discretionary bonus: 7.5 target of base compensation.
