Associate, Convenience Partnerships – Door Dash

The Door Dash Enterprise Convenience Partnerships team owns the vision, acquisition, and development of the largest convenience partnerships in North America. As a partner manager, you will drive Day‑to‑Day relationships with merchant partners, accelerate growth, and help Door Dash become a leader in the sector.

• Engage partners in growth strategy conversations (add more stores, increase same‑store sales, grow SKU assortment).
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning, or churned customers.
• Analyze insights on consumer behavior, shopping patterns, and business trends to inform growth.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy to prioritize the right features for Merchants, Dashers & Customers.
• Lead special projects to drive operational efficiency for partners.

• 3+ years in account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships within technology or early‑stage startups.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading weekly calls with key stakeholders, prioritizing merchant needs, and co‑creating solutions.
• Proficiency in analytics and presentation tools (Tableau, Sigma, SQL; quarterly business reviews).

• Base salary localized per location, with opportunities for sales commission.
