Manager, Supply Chain and Operations – Onsite Austin, TX

Varian Medical Systems, a Siemens Healthineers company, is seeking a results‑driven Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain, warehouse, and order fulfillment activities for a global medical device manufacturer.

• Lead and execute the company’s supply chain and logistics strategy to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Build and manage a world‑class warehouse with best‑in‑class performance in cleanliness, organization, and productivity.
• Drive Lean manufacturing principles across warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and medical device regulatory standards in all processes and documentation.
• Oversee order management, forecasting, and fulfillment to deliver >98% on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) performance.
• Implement and optimize ERP/WMS systems to enhance visibility and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team committed to continuous improvement and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or warehouse operations; medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Proven success transforming or managing a high‑performing warehouse operation.
• Strong expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
