Manager, Supply Chain and Operations – Onsite Austin, TX
Varian Medical Systems, a Siemens Healthineers company, is seeking a results‑driven Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain, warehouse, and order fulfillment activities for a global medical device manufacturer.

What You Will Do- Lead and execute the company’s supply chain and logistics strategy to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Build and manage a world‑class warehouse with best‑in‑class performance in cleanliness, organization, and productivity.
- Drive Lean manufacturing principles across warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and medical device regulatory standards in all processes and documentation.
- Oversee order management, forecasting, and fulfillment to deliver >98% on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) performance.
- Implement and optimize ERP/WMS systems to enhance visibility and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team committed to continuous improvement and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or warehouse operations; medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred.
- Proven success transforming or managing a high‑performing warehouse operation.
- Strong expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Base Pay RangeMin $125,920 – Max $188,880
