The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Austin market. You will be the face of our company, building key relationships with referral sources and connecting families with the compassionate care they need. This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives on achieving ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities- Generate & Nurture Leads: Identify, prospect, and secure new client referrals from key sources including hospitals, rehab facilities, senior communities, and healthcare professionals.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with referral partners through consistent communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Represent the Brand: Serve as a knowledgeable and empathetic ambassador for our services at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
- Drive Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisitions and revenue growth.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our care coordination team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new clients and their families from inquiry to care initiation.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or outreach, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality, motivated by goals and driven to succeed.
- Deep empathy and a genuine passion for serving the senior community.
- Strong existing network within the Austin healthcare community is a major plus.
