Role Overview
The Consultant Operations is a strategic partner to Operations and Commercial leadership teams; driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and sales effectiveness through advanced analytics, process optimization, and strategic insights. This role goes beyond reporting and dashboards to influence decision‑making, design scalable operational frameworks, and lead high‑impact initiatives across revenue, sales, and cross‑functional operations. This individual will ensure the organization not only understands its data but leverages it to accelerate growth, optimize sales processes, and anticipate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced analytics, reporting, and dashboards across Salesforce, Power BI, and other platforms.
- Develop and enforce organization‑wide data governance, KPI frameworks, and operational best practices.
- Provide strategic analysis of revenue performance, sales funnel dynamics, deal velocity, quota attainment, and other critical business metrics to inform executive decisions.
- Partner with leadership to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and process improvements.
- Lead cross‑functional projects and initiatives, serving as a bridge between operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams.
- Oversee sales operations processes including territory planning, compensation analysis, incentive programs, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational execution to improve forecast accuracy and overall sales effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts or operations team members in analytics, reporting, sales processes, and operational best practices.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and modeling to support high‑stakes business decisions and long‑term planning.
- Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, data definitions, and process flows to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- MBA required;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience in operations, sales operations, business consulting, or analytics roles with increasing responsibility.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms; experience with SQL or data modeling preferred.
- Deep understanding of sales operations, data governance, KPI frameworks, and operational metrics.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and mentoring junior staff.
- Proactive and data‑driven with a passion for translating analytics into business impact.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to provide clarity and direction in complex operational contexts.
- Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay RangeThe salary range for this position (in local currency) is 71,.
