What You’ll Be Doing

As a support associate for our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of client engagements by providing operational and administrative support throughout the engagement lifecycle. Leveraging organizational skills, attention to detail, and a variety of different software, you will assist with pre-engagement setup, ongoing engagement support, and post-engagement closeout tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team, contribute to the success of high-impact client engagements, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What

We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
    • Experience at a CPA or professional services firm is a plus, but other customer service/hospitality experience coupled with administrative skills will also be considered
  • Ability to master and leverage a variety of software/technologies
    • Tasks will require proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and One Note), Docusign, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Box, and Dropbox
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work efficiently and turn around projects quickly
  • Superior organization and project management skills with proven ability to be detail-oriented, appropriately prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and with others to help accomplish the overall mission and goals of the firm
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, including managing competing demands and dealing with frequent changes, interruptions, or unexpected events
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
