About This RoleTogetherwork is seeking a highly strategic and customer-obsessed Product Manager to help shape the future of our products and platform. You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and business case development to delivery, launch, and post‑release optimization.
This is a high‑impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of customer needs, business outcomes, and technical execution. You will collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and go‑to‑market teams to uncover opportunities, build innovative solutions, and deliver measurable value. You’ll also leverage AI and machine learning to accelerate discovery, improve decision‑making, and create differentiated product experiences.
WhatYou’ll Do Strategy & Business Impact
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business results.
- Build business cases for new investments, including ROI modeling, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
- Present recommendations, roadmaps, and progress updates to executive leadership, articulating the why behind key decisions.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, market opportunity, revenue potential, and strategic fit.
- Engage with customers through interviews, workshops, and beta programs to identify pain points and unmet needs.
- Champion a customer‑first mindset while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.
- Explore innovative approaches, including new business models and AI‑driven capabilities, to advance Togetherwork’s product ecosystem.
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, QA, and analytics to accelerate time‑to‑market.
- Partner with product owners to translate strategy into user stories and prioritized backlogs.
- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure clarity, quality, and velocity from concept to code.
- Collaborate with UX and design teams to deliver intuitive, impactful user experiences.
- Support sales, marketing, and customer success with go‑to‑market plans, product launches, and adoption strategies.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics, using market feedback and performance data to guide iterations.
- Manage tradeoffs between speed, scope, and quality to deliver high‑impact releases.
- Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.
- 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, nonprofit software, consumer mobile apps, or similar environments.
- Proven success building and launching products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working within complex, multi‑product ecosystems.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including ROI analysis and prioritization frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate insights into successful product solutions.
- Hands‑on experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with AI and automation tools—and excitement about applying them across the product lifecycle.
