Advisor Onboarding Specialist - Austin, TX

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Austin to hire an Advisor Onboarding Specialist. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering up to $125,000 annually and requires approximately 80% travel.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing advisors through onsite visits, ongoing engagement, and retention-focused initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for advisor technology platforms, coordinating issue resolution and ensuring a positive user experience
• Provide onsite transition support for newly affiliated advisor firms, assisting with onboarding, training, and change management
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to resolve advisor questions, escalations, and operational challenges
• Conduct ongoing wellness and engagement visits to reinforce advisor satisfaction and maximize adoption of available resources
• Support advisor-facing events, conferences, round tables, podcasts, symposiums, and council meetings through communication, coordination, and execution
• Maintain retention tracking, generate reporting, monitor trends, and provide leadership with updates on advisor engagement, concerns, and resolutions

• Bachelor's degree required, or a combination of 4+ years of equivalent financial services industry experience
• Strong knowledge of financial services technology platforms, CRM systems, financial planning software, performance reporting tools, and client service solutions
