Summaryof Role:
The Commercial Excellence Intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting GF’s global partner program by analyzing business data, improving processes, creating training materials and supporting partner performance reviews. The intern will use AI‑assisted tools and own one or two well‑defined projects from planning through final presentation.
EssentialResponsibilities include:
- Collect, organize and review partner and sales opportunity data using Excel, dashboards and AI‑assisted tools to support data integrity and business analytics.
- Interview stakeholders and observe system workflows to create simple process maps, job aids and first drafts for team review.
- Support improvements to the partner web portal by documenting needs, testing updates and tracking open items with Sales Operations and GF IT.
- Research potential partners and summarize key findings for team discussions and decisions.
- Use data and AI‑assisted tools to prepare insights, presentations and summaries for sales funnel reviews, partner business reviews and leadership updates.
- Help create and maintain partner training and communication materials using AI‑assisted tools.
- Own one well‑defined project from start to finish and present results and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Education – At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Economics or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
- Prior related internship or co‑op experience
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
- Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow documented processes.
