• Gather, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business systems and data sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate business performance and trends.
• Support forecasting, planning, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and waste reduction.
• Document current and future-state workflows, requirements, and process maps.
• Assist with business intelligence projects using data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Product teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to project teams and leadership.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  Industrial Engineering/Operations Research Mechanical Engineering Systems/Computer Engineering Or another engineering discipline with a demonstrated passion for data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Curious mindset with a desire to learn new technologies and business processes.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with data querying concepts.
• Coursework or experience in:
  Data Analytics Process Improvement Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Operations Research Business Intelligence
• Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Exposure to real-world business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise data and analytics platforms.
