** Who You Are:
** As a Commercialization Project Manager, you will be the timeline and prioritization subject matter expert responsible for creating project timelines aligned with cross-functional partners for your assigned projects (Brand, Product Development, Sourcing, Creative, Regulatory and Quality, Commercial team, etc.)    You will proactively monitor your assigned project plans to make sure that all milestones are achieved and helping to keep internal teams organized and on track
** What You're Good At:
*** Ensure Project/Product scope is clearly defined, establishing project owner/sponsor and identifying core project team, across key New Product Innovation, Renovation, and Line Extension projects. Ensure project roadmap as defined remains on track.
* Own commercialization timelines. Review current timelines, understand cross-functional team needs and pain points and improve timeline structure. Actively manage timelines from concept to launch. Ensure that all cross-functional parties understand their role in the timeline to aid in delivering on key milestones. Anticipate, mitigate, and escalate possible delays in deliverables with corrective action plans.
* Hold effective status meetings and work with the cross-functional team to ensure dashboards and reports are maintained accurately to support the management and tracking of progress of all project activities & schedules. Ensure there is a clear purpose, agenda, and action item review for each meeting.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and activities, supporting the team in success now, and as the organization continues to scale.
* Work effectively with Brand Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Product Development, R&D, Quality, Finance, Regulatory and other key stakeholders by building strong and meaningful relationships.
* Identify and create meaningful, relevant measurements and reporting to facilitate learning and improvement for assigned projects.
* Perform other duties as necessary
** What You Contribute:
*** Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within commercialization of CPGs
* You’re self-motivated with effective project, prioritization, and time-management skills, with a desire and ability to balance multiple high priority and high visibility projects simultaneously.
