Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Duration: 4 Months
The Business Analyst will support the Compliance and Quality Control Division's Solicitation Review System re-write project. This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, document, and manage business requirements for the Solicitation Review System.
Lead requirements-gathering sessions and perform gap analysis between current and future system states.
Collaborate with technical teams to track implementation and test system functionality.
Maintain requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular status updates to leadership on progress, risks, and issues.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of BABOK principles, SDLC, and gap analysis methodologies.
Experience translating policies and regulations into system requirements.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, document analysis).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft Excel.
