Process Network Operations Model Change Requests (NOMCR), Collaborative Action Model Requests (CAMR), and Resource Services Change Requests (RSCR)
Develop, update, and maintain EMS one-line graphical displays for Production and Future models in accordance with ERCOT protocols
Analyze submitted model data and provide timely responses to internal and external customer requests
Coordinate end-to-end model and one-line creation schedules across the Network Model Group and other ERCOT departments
Facilitate and resolve market participant model data issues
Collaborate with System Operations, Market Operating Services, Client Services, Metering, and other internal teams regarding network models and data
Work with external generation resources on RSCR submissions, Gen Maps, and EPS metering requirements
Attend and represent Network Model Coordination at NDSWG meetings and other related meetings
Create Gen Map packages and coordinate approvals with generation resources
Utilize data mining techniques to identify gaps and submit update or improvement requests
Follow established procedures while contributing to operational objectives and continuous improvement initiatives

Bachelors.
