---## Project Manager, Scams, Brand, & Financial Harms, Integrity Operations Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end project delivery for integrity operations programs, including scoping, milestone tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder communication across policy, engineering, and operations teams
* Analyze operational data from integrity workflows to identify trends, surface process gaps, and develop recommendations that improve enforcement accuracy, reviewer efficiency, and case resolution quality
* Partner with Policy, Trust and Safety, Data Science, and Engineering teams to design and implement scalable operational processes that support content review, escalation handling, and enforcement pipelines
* Develop and maintain documentation for integrity operations workflows, including standard operating procedures, escalation frameworks, and quality measurement standards
* Support the design and governance of human review programs, including defining quality benchmarks, auditing case outcomes, and ensuring reviewer decisions align with current policy standards
