As a Senior Business Operations Analyst - CEV/Medicaid/SNAP at Gainwell supports operational performance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within Customer Eligibility Verification (CEV), Medicaid, and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) public assistance program environments. This role serves as a business and operational subject matter expert (SME), supporting delivery teams through data analysis, workflow evaluation, operational support, and process improvement activities. Working collaboratively across multiple functional areas, the analyst partners with operations, leadership, technology partners, and external stakeholders to identify trends, improve efficiencies, support compliance requirements, and enhance service delivery outcomes.
This role provides consultative and analytical support without direct operational ownership for program execution and requires strong knowledge of Medicaid and SNAP policies, eligibility processes, and operational flows, including awareness of evolving regulatory initiatives such as HR 1.
- Support delivery and operations teams through reporting, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Medicaid eligibility verification and SNAP related public assistance workflows.
