pmactuarial (PMA) specialise in Actuarial search within UK life insurance. We have been asked to find an AI and Actuarial technology consultant on behalf of a technology provider/consultancy.
This non-traditional Actuarial role will focus on the scope and delivery of AI and software to help the challenges of Actuarial work. The the key areas will be:
The key areas will be:- AI-powered data management platforms
- Next generation actuarial modelling engines
- Modern actuarial applications and dashboards
- Bespoke technology solutions for insurance clients.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to advise on AI and technology solutions as well as delivering on consulting engagements. The role requires strong Python experience where previous experience in data engineering, React, R, SQL. Excel/VBA, cloud technologies, Dev Ops or solution architecture would be valuable.
Previous experience of the UK de-risking market would be a huge bonus.
The role is open to a qualified Actuary or those who are qualified by experience.
