ONA Ambassador

Cognitive Talent Solutions is expanding its Global Extended Team to support the growth of its Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), AI-enabled workflows, and Network-First initiatives across enterprise ecosystems.

The ONA Ambassador opportunity is designed for senior professionals, consultants, operators, ecosystem builders, and relationship-oriented leaders interested in supporting strategic collaboration and expanding awareness around emerging approaches to organizational intelligence and workforce transformation.

This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor collaboration focused on relationship-building, market awareness, strategic introductions, and ecosystem engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Introduce CTS to relevant enterprise leaders, consulting firms, and ecosystem partners
• Help expand awareness around Organizational Network Analysis (ONA), AI-enabled workflows, and the Network-First Future of Work
• Support strategic conversations with organizations exploring workforce transformation, collaboration intelligence, talent visibility, and organizational effectiveness
• Help organizations better understand informal expertise networks, collaboration patterns, knowledge flows, organizational bottlenecks, and workforce dynamics that may not be visible through traditional reporting structures alone
• Participate in selected ecosystem events, workshops, strategic introductions, or community initiatives
• Identify potential pilot opportunities, collaboration opportunities, and strategic partnerships
• Act as a bridge between local markets and the CTS global ecosystem

Ideal Background

• Experience in HR, People Analytics, Organizational Development, Change Management, Future of Work, AI, Consulting, or Enterprise Technology
• Strong professional network within one or more industries or regions
• Entrepreneurial and relationship-oriented mindset
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, collaborative, and exploratory environments
• Interest in emerging organizational models, collaboration intelligence, and ecosystem-based innovation
