You will build predictive models, KPI frameworks, and dashboards for leadership, with emphasis on post-sales metrics such as NRR, GRR, churn, and PS utilization.
You will collaborate with Revenue Architecture & Operations, and partner with Customer Excellence, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and GTM
