Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced ODM/OEM business environment. This position provides end-to-end sales operations support for strategic customer accounts, ensuring accurate order execution, reliable business reporting, and alignment across Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

As a key operational partner to Sales and account management, the Senior Sales Operations Specialist takes ownership of complex operational processes, proactively identifies risks and improvement opportunities, and translates business data into actionable insights. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to independently resolve issues while maintaining high standards of accuracy, accountability, and service quality.

• Partner with sales teams and key accounts to ensure smooth and efficient execution of sales processes
• Act as the main point of contact between Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align on forecasts, supply plans, shipments, and billing
• Own and maintain data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems (especially SAP)
• Use advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making
• Prepare and present sales and operational performance reports for leadership
• Support pricing, quotations, and business case development with cross-functional teams
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements to streamline workflows
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer reporting
• Handle customer escalations and operational issues in a timely and professional way
• Provide backup support across accounts and teams when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or a related business operations function.
• Experience in an ODM/OEM, electronics manufacturing, or technology-related business environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end sales operations, order-to-cash processes, and supply chain coordination.
• Proven experience supporting complex customer accounts and collaborating across multiple business functions.
• Experience managing operational escalations, analyzing business performance, and driving process improvements.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Hands-on experience with SAP for order management, reporting, and data management
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with reporting or data visualization platforms
