The Greater Austin YMCA is seeking an Assistant Site Lead for a seasonal, part-time after school program serving children ages 4–12 in Austin, Texas. You will work closely with the Site Lead to manage daily operations, supervise youth, and deliver engaging curricula after school hours.
You may act as Site Director in the Site Lead's absence, ensure licensing compliance, and support family communications while traveling between YMCA locations as needed.
