After school care needed for a delightful 7- year-old boy with Autism.
This job is for someone who has a heart calling for children and making a difference
Do you want to make an impact in a child's life?
Do you have a few hours every other week to help with after school care and supervision?
Hours/Schedule:
3:30pm-6:30pm Monday-Friday (Every other week)
Pick up child from school and transport him to your home for care and supervision
Job Tasks:- Provide transportation from school to home
- Engage member in activities of choice and that are age appropriate
- Provide supervision and a safe environment at all times
- Provide redirection as behavioral challenges arise
- Previous experience working with children with autism or non-verbal individuals
- A compassionate, patient and understanding attitude
- The ability to be proactive and remain calm in stressful situations
- Previous experience with autism is a plus
- Must have a current driver's license and dependable transportation
- Must be reliable
$17.00/hour
